These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products on the lettieritechnology.it website and all commercial relationships with Lettieri Technology.

All our products are made to order. Each exhaust system is handcrafted according to customer specifications after order confirmation.

• Standard production time: 4-5 weeks
• Times may vary based on product complexity
• Customers are informed of any changes

Custom-made products are not subject to the right of withdrawal.

Pursuant to Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal is excluded for goods made to measure or clearly customized.

In case of manufacturing defects, we guarantee repair or replacement of the product according to the legal warranty terms (24 months).

We ship worldwide.

• EU Europe: insured shipping, VAT included
• Switzerland, UK, USA: insured shipping, duties and VAT payable by recipient
• Rest of world: insured shipping, local duties and taxes payable by recipient

Delivery times vary by destination (3-10 business days from shipment). Customers receive tracking as soon as available.

We strongly recommend installation at a professional specialized workshop.

Our exhaust systems are designed to be installed by qualified technicians with proper equipment. Improper installation may:

• Void the product warranty
• Compromise vehicle performance
• Cause damage to the vehicle or exhaust system

We can recommend partner workshops in your area. Contact us for more information.

All Lettieri Technology products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty from the delivery date for conformity defects.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage from improper installation
• Normal product wear
• Damage caused by accidents or improper use
• Unauthorized modifications to the product

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer in advance
• Credit card (via Stripe)
• PayPal

Production begins only after confirmation of full payment.

All website content (texts, images, videos, design, trademarks) is the exclusive property of Lettieri Technology and is protected by copyright and industrial property laws.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Modena has jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer's forum provided by applicable regulations.

The names Ferrari, Porsche, Lamborghini, BMW, Alfa Romeo, Toyota and any other trademark mentioned on this site are registered trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely to identify compatible vehicles.

Lettieri Technology products are compatible aftermarket components and are not OEM products (Original Equipment Manufacturer). Lettieri Technology is in no way affiliated, sponsored, authorized or approved by the owners of said trademarks.

The use of such trademarks does not imply any affiliation, endorsement or commercial association with their respective owners.
